Do you have a master service agreement (MSA) for property managers?

Yes. Blue Bird National operates under MSA with multiple Mansfield-area and DFW-wide property management companies. Standard MSA includes rate card, response-time SLAs, insurance certificates, lien waiver process, and approved scope categories. Custom MSA terms available for portfolios over 50 doors.

Which property management software do you integrate with?

We work natively with AppFolio, Buildium, RentVine, Propertyware, Yardi Breeze, and Rent Manager. Tickets are accepted directly from your portal, photo documentation pushes back to the unit record, and invoices upload as PDFs with line items mapped to your GL.

What is your response time on tenant punch list calls?

Non-emergency: 48-72 hours. Emergency (water, no heat, no AC in summer, lock-out): same day or next morning. After-hours emergency line included for portfolios over 30 doors under MSA.

How fast can you turn over a Mansfield rental between tenants?
